Shipping Processing TimeAll orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.Please allow 5-7 working days of delivery process for Peninsular Malaysia and 5-8 working days for East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan).If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping Charges for your order will be calculated based on the latest POS LAJU’s rate and displayed at checkout. Please refer to http://poslajutracking.org/poslaju-rates/ Shipment Confirmation & Order TrackingYou will receive a Shipment Confirmation via telephone or email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24hours. Customs, Duties and Taxeswww.eatzybites.biz.my is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order (if it is applicable). All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customers (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Returned PolicyIf you face any issue regarding the items from our Site upon receiving it as below: a) Product Packaging is faulty (i.e., broken bottle or broken seal)
b) Product Quality has been compromised (i.e., stale or rancid)

ReturnsYou have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.To be eligible for a return, you must fill in the Product Returns FormYour item must be in the original packaging.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. RefundsOnce we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your method of payment’s policies.
ShippingYou will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item.Shipping costs are non-refundable.If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
